1. Collection and processing of personal data
In general, it is not necessary to provide personal data in order to use our website. However, in order that we can actually provide our services, we may require your personal data. The data we have collected will not be provided to others without legal reason or your explicit consent (excepting employees of LPR, our affiliated companies, as well as our authorised dealers or other partners who provide services commissioned by us), nor will it be used for any purposes other than those named.
2. Collection and storage of usage data

Should we perform one of the following actions described, or other actions or render services, then we would like to collect and store your personal data and will request your express approval in each instance:

Within the scope of processing your order or request we sometimes commission external service providers, who are however in any event contractually obligated to comply with data protection regulations. The respective LPR distribution subsidiary works together with trustworthy partners.

There may be hyperlinks on our web page leading to external websites that do not belong to the LPR organisation. Should you visit such websites, LPR can assume no responsibility for the trustworthy handling of your data. The transmission of your data from the Internet occurs in part unencrypted. Consequently, unauthorised access by third parties cannot be entirely excluded.
