Shipments and returns
Our items are shipped using a courier company such as Fastway, TNT, Couriers Please etc or via Australia Post. Once the item is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email and a tracking number.Items will not be shipped until full payment has been received.In the unlikely event that a problem should occur, please contact us first at email@example.com and we will do our best to resolve any concerns as soon as possible.
LPR Bikes are unable to offer local pick up.
LPR bikes can send to PO BOX but please contact us prior to purchase.
We currently do not offer international sales/freight
We stand behind our product! If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can contact us within the return time of taking delivery (14 days after receiving the goods). Return shipping/freight costs for products that where incorrectly purchased or sized will be the responsibility of the buyer. A refund payment will be returned to the buyer after the item is received back to LPR Bikes Australia.
